About the Role

Altahonos is one of Türkiye's leading digital reputation management companies, helping individuals and professionals protect their online presence. Since 2015, our team has been working internationally in the fields of digital reputation management, online threat response, and harmful content removal, serving clients in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Türkiye.

We are looking for a calm, responsible, and confident Client Advisor who can communicate fluently in Turkish and English. Many clients contact us during stressful situations, so the ability to listen carefully, build trust, and guide them toward the right solution is essential. This role combines client consultation and service sales.

Responsibilities

• Speak with clients who contact us regarding online blackmail incidents and harmful content removal requests
• Listen carefully and understand each client's situation
• Provide clear guidance on available solutions and next steps
• Explain our services and help clients move forward with the appropriate protection service
• Communicate with clients through phone, WhatsApp, and messaging platforms
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions
• Accurately record client information and case details

Requirements

• Strong Turkish and English speaking skills
• Comfortable speaking with clients on the phone
• Calm communication style and ability to manage sensitive conversations
• Strong listening and empathy skills
• Confidence in presenting services and converting clients
• Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment
• Experience in customer support, advisory roles, or sales is a plus
