Please read these terms carefully before using our services. These terms govern your use of Altahonos LLC's automated digital products and services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any product or service offered by Altahonos LLC (a limited-liability company registered in Delaware, USA), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Business. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Service Description

Altahonos provides fully-automated, self-service digital tools. These include:

  • Content Removal – automated takedown notice generator for URLs.
  • Image & Video Removal – AI-driven takedown processes for infringing media.
  • Reputation Monitoring – keyword and domain tracking dashboards.
  • Reviews Management – centralized review tracking and reporting interface.
  • Self-Help Blackmail & Sextortion Toolkit – templates, evidence logs, and guides.
  • Downloadable Templates, eBooks, and Guides for digital reputation management.

Payment Terms

All payments are processed in USD via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled via your billing dashboard. Content Removal credits are charged only upon completion of takedown requests.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cyber Security & Reputation Protection (Stop Blackmail):

  • Prior to contract signing: full refund available upon written request.
  • After contract signing: service begins immediately; no cooling-off refund. However, our Performance Guarantee applies: full refund if all legal and technical options are exhausted without success, and full refund if reported content is not removed within 24 hours.
  • Customer-initiated cancellation after signing: no refund.

Content Removal:

  • Pay-on-success model: no fee is charged for unsuccessful removals.
  • Customer may cancel at no cost before any URL is removed.

Refund requests should be emailed to hello@altahonos.com. Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, lawful information.
  • Use reports and notices responsibly and lawfully.
  • Keep login credentials secure and report any unauthorized access.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

Your data is kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data may be shared with third parties solely for service delivery or as required by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate services by written notice. Fees for completed services become immediately due upon termination.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of Delaware, unless prohibited by applicable law.

No Guarantee of Results

Altahonos does not guarantee any specific outcome or result unless expressly stated in the applicable service agreement (such as the Performance Guarantee in Cyber Security & Reputation Protection contracts). General services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of success beyond any contractual guarantees.

Complaint Policy

If dissatisfied, clients must first submit a written complaint via hello@altahonos.com before posting public feedback or initiating disputes. Altahonos aims to resolve complaints within 14 business days through amicable resolution channels.
